Is this legal?
Yes. A licensed employer employs the worker, with your yacht’s company as its client. xplor is a booking platform: never the employer, never the employer’s client.
When do I get paid?
By the licensed employer, on the schedule in your contract.
What does it cost the yacht?
The daywork.es booking fee (SOLYSIA) is charged when you request the booking; when the employer approves it, its estimate for the booked hours is charged straight into its own account (it invoices your company). Booked hours are charged in full; only hours over the estimate are charged later. VAT where it applies.
