Account & Usage

You can browse some tours without an account, but to create, save, or interact with virtual tours, you’ll need to sign up for an account.
Simply download the Xplor app or visit our website, then sign up using your email, Google, Facebook, or Apple account.
Yes! Xplor is available on both iOS and Android devices, and it is optimized for VR headsets for a more immersive experience.
Xplor offers a free tier with basic features. For premium features like advanced analytics, high-resolution uploads, and branding options, we offer subscription plans.

Virtual Tours

You can create a tour by creating & uploading 360-degree images or videos, then customizing them with interactive elements like hotspots, text, and audio. This is not yet possible within xplor but can be achieved through multiple VR tour software & hardware brands. For a list of these brands click here.
Xplor supports high-quality 360-degree images (JPEG, PNG) and videos (MP4, MOV) for creating immersive experiences.
Yes! You can update your tour anytime by adding new content, modifying details, or enhancing interactive features.
Yes, you can! Once your virtual tour is created, you can continuously enhance it by adding more details, such as updated descriptions, new images or videos, and additional interactive elements like hotspots and audio guides.
Each virtual tour has a unique link that you can share via email, social media, or embed on websites.

Privacy & Security

Yes, we prioritize your data security with encryption and privacy controls to ensure your content is protected.
Absolutely! You can set privacy settings to restrict access to your tours, making them visible only to selected users.
You can delete your account or individual tours from your profile settings. If you need assistance, contact our support team.
