INTERIOR DESIGN & STYLE:
Inside and out, ALFA NERO doesn't resemble other yachts. The interior was created by the imagination of Alberto Pinto taking Pop Art inspiration and combining it with subtle-sea themes. The result is an 82m gallery of interior design; it is quite possible to just sit back and be entertained by looking at the furniture and works of art.
Major modern masters decorate the walls, fabrics have Matisse's highly stylised graphic leaf design, and Pop Art swirls, zig zigs, dots and bubbles decorate the entire yacht. Zebrano and sycamore are alternatively planked to create striped floorboards. Macassar ebony is gloss-varnished to provide fabulously rich paneling; maple, birch, and anigre are woven into wall tapestries. Carpets, rugs, floors, armchairs, walls, seat backs, pillars - ALFA NERO is a gallery that has to be seen to be believed.
Instead of something as simple as paintings hung on a wall, here is an entire art installation from bow to stern.
SALONS:
Main Salon:
Designers Nuvolari Lenard planned the main salon to excel in totally different ways. From the salon to the pool deck is an area divided by two sets of glass doors, guests simply create the space fit for the occasion. Open the first set of glass doors and the salon connects with the entrance area featuring armchairs with giant patterned fabrics and walls of gloss Macassar panels inserted with air bubble marquetry. Open the second set of glass doors and connect straight to the pool deck to create a stunningly gargantuan entertainment space of almost 40m. The salon itself is a sophisticated, cozy, contemporary lounge with a large plasma TV. Oversized sofas give this a relaxed, casual atmosphere, especially when the grand Pleyel piano is in use.
Upper Salon:
ALFA NERO's full-beam upper salon has a combination of light, colour, style, and space. The floor has concentric stripes of Macassar and maple, walls have white, lacquered, dimpled paneling and grand windows extend the entire length of the salon. Enormous, white sofas and radically designed tables and armchairs complete Alberto Pinto's vision. Guests can mingle and relax here, drifting outside to relax on the white sofas under large umbrellas; here is the perfect place for sunset cocktails and canapes. Alternatively enjoy ALFA NERO's entertainment system and watch the latest film on a 65" screen or with the HD projector cinema setup, both with impressive surround-sound. This is a wonderful space for guests to enjoy any time of day.
ACCOMMODATION:
Twelve guests sleep in six superbly comfortable cabins across the upper, main, and lower decks. A glass-enclosed elevator glides from the lower to upper decks, past tall, glowing, crystal sculptures and a leather mosaic, lining the circular stairwell.
Master Suite:
The master suite occupies the entire forward aspect of the upper deck. Inside the suite colours are pale, textures are subtle, and space is splendidly indulgent. The king-size bed faces a 30" TV with surround-sound and guests can gaze across the seascape through a wall of windows. A beautifully crafted breakfast table, sofa, and an elegant chaise lounge are the only other pieces of furniture in this inner sanctum.
A starboard pantograph door effortlessly opens from the bedroom to the outside terrace set out with a Jacuzzi pool, twin wing-shaped sunbeds, a dining table and curved sofas. A self-contained private world, not one single centimeter of the substantial master suite terrace is visible or accessible from any other part of the yacht.
Back inside the suite continues through a silver-embossed, lacewood architrave to an huge office (could be converted into an additional double cabin with sofa bed). Two grey-flannel marble and cherrywood bathrooms include a steam shower and Jacuzzi bath. A dressing room and several meters of immaculately arranged floor-to-ceiling wardrobes and a dressing table complete the suite.
VIP Suites and Cabins:
Guest VIP suites and cabins are defined by coral patterns that run across everything from bedheads and counterpanes to cushions and lights. The vibrant colours contrast with paneling made up of a latticework of maple, birch, and anigre.
On the main deck, the full-beam VIP suite has a walk-in wardrobe and lounge area (possibility for this to convert into a sofa bed). His-and-hers ensuite bathrooms are thoughtfully planned to combine privacy with practicality.
A further double cabin and and two twin cabins that can convert into double bed arrangements as needed are found on this deck and feature intricately patterned, slate and marble bathrooms.
The lower deck has a VIP suite with direct access to a teak lobby that is home to the onboard spa and its wide, square balcony that unfolds over the sea. This cabin features a relaxing sofa and generous ensuite with a bathtub.
All cabins have individually designed colour-schemes and sophisticated entertainment centers.
DINING:
ALFA NERO's dining areas are as much about lifestyle as cuisine. Guests can dine inside or on deck, formally or informally, as a group, a couple, en familles, or even host a huge banquette. The options are as wide as the requirements, "Whatever you want, wherever you want it"!
Alfresco:
The pool deck has a wide bar, twin tables with umbrellas, and a huge U-shaped sofa and dining table - replete with lazy Susan - facing a 42" pop-up TV. Here there is a BBQ and is popular for casual dining while enjoying the pool or keeping an eye on the kids.
With the pool raised the deck space can allow for a grander affair and long dining table to be setup for dining under the stars and special occasions.
Interior:
Forward on the main deck are two inter-connected rooms, the first has an intimate table for four suitable for cocktails and canapes, as a children's table, or a game of cards after dinner. Retracting leather-lined doors open through to a second main dining room. Outside bulwarks can fold down to provide infinite views through the floor-to-ceiling windows. Windows, walls, and ceiling are divided by ebony panels inset with silver leaf squares and herringbone parquet flooring. The dining table is pop art spectacular with metallic circles set within the black lacquer. Rich and lavish, this dining room creates a mood of elegant sophistication - a great evening about to unfold.
A bit of both:
Perfectly positioned between the aft terrace and the upper deck salon, a circular table for up to ten guests provides a spectacular view through full height, fully retracting glazed doors. The upper deck dining room can be opened to the warm evening air or closed and air-conditioned, an inside-outside space where guests can enjoy the best of both worlds. The dramatic, dark, wenge floorboards and a circular table contrast against white, lacquered, dimpled paneling and shell-patterned fabrics. This elevated setting is simply stunning.

FITNESS & BEAUTY:
With 180 degree views through floor-to-ceiling windows, ALFA NERO's top deck gym is an inspiring fitness space. Well-equipped the gym can be set up inside or on the exterior deck. After a work-out, there is a steam sauna shower, sunbeds, and a Jacuzzi pool to relax in. A traditional dry sauna can also be found on the main deck.
The lower deck's spa area is a sanctuary of well-being and benefits from a fold down sea terrace that opens the space up to the the sea breeze and the sound of lapping of water. This is a place to relax and be pampered from head to toe by the talented onboard therapist.
