xplor · Yi-1 Yacht Intelligence
The AI agent
for yachting.
The whole industry in one conversation — charter and buy yachts, book owner-operated fleets, reach the people who keep yachts running, hire and get hired, study, and stay compliant. Charter was first; it was never the point.
What’s live today
Eight verticals, one conversation. Each of these works right now.

Where it’s going
Named honestly — these are next, not live yet.
- The full management suite
- Payroll, taxes, SOPs, DPA, insurance, accounts, receipts, safety & medical, crew lists — the back office of running a yacht.
- Marina berth enquiries
- Enquire and reserve berths across the marinas already mapped on xplor.
- Live vessel tracking (AIS)
- Real-time position and movement woven into the agent.
How xplor earns
The principles. Specifics — where they exist — live on the pricing page.
- Free, always
- Searching, browsing, talking to Yi-1 and applying to jobs cost nothing — and never will.
- Courses, bought outright
- A course is a one-off purchase with lifetime access — owned, not rented by subscription.
- AI creations, a free allowance then paid
- CVs, itineraries, menus and reels are free up to an allowance; heavy use is paid, because each one costs real money to produce.
- Vessel management, per vessel
- When the management suite lands it will be a per-vessel subscription.
- Brokers keep their full fee
- xplor is a tool for brokers, not a competitor. We never take a cut of the broker’s fee — the broker who does the work keeps what they earn, whole.
- xplor’s own share, on business it introduces
- On charters and sales that originate through xplor, xplor will earn an introducer’s share — standard co-broker economics, where the broker who introduces the client earns a split. It is never a cut of the working broker’s fee, and it is the intended model, not money changing hands today.
You cannot buy your way up xplor’s search. Ranking is relevance-only — no priority placement, no paid position, no lead auction. What a listing pays for is tools, never rank.
Built for the industry. Not around it.
xplor never acts as a broker. We hold no brokerage licence, take no cut of the broker’s fee, and do not insert ourselves into the booking process. The booking, the contract, and the client relationship belong to the industry — the fee you earn is yours, whole. What xplor earns is an introducer’s share on business it originates, never a slice of the working broker’s fee (see how xplor earns, below).
The same posture extends to every vertical. Service providers and crew own their profiles; xplor routes demand to them. We surface the listing, the service, the person — you handle what comes next.
- xplor never acts as a broker
- We hold no brokerage licence, take no cut of the broker’s fee, and never insert ourselves into the booking process.
- Enquiries go to the industry
- A direct enquiry routes to the listing’s central agent. Standard MYBA co-brokerage runs through the normal channels.
- Your listings, your leads
- xplor does not sell enquiries to competing brokers or run a lead auction. We surface the yacht; you handle what comes next.
- Providers and crew own their profiles
- Service providers and crew control their own listings. xplor routes demand to them — it does not stand between them and the client.
Own your side of it
From the deck
xplor is built in Mallorca by a superyacht captain of 20+ years. The agent is built from the deck, not the boardroom — by someone who has run the boats, not just studied the market.
