The first lesson of every course is free; a pass or a course purchase unlocks the full course; safety, medical and a few cross-department courses are free in full. A single course is a one-off purchase, with access for as long as the course is offered, including updates. The passes are yearly: Deck, Engineering & ETO and Interior each cover their own courses, and School All-Access covers all three. Oral exam prep is sold separately.

Charter itineraries, brochures, reels, CVs, menus, payroll documents and PDFs — built by xplor from your details and ready to send. Every account gets a free monthly allowance; the paid tier raises that to 60 creations a month, because each one costs real money to produce.

Listing and using xplor are free, and search visibility is the same for everyone. xplor earns from professionals in two ways: an introduction fee when a charter or sale it introduced completes, and the optional Professional seat.

You’d be paying for what xplor does for you, not for where you appear. A seat buys tools, not position. Search ranking is relevance-only, and it is the same with or without a seat.

No paid search placement

Ranking is relevance-only. No paid product — seats, enhanced listings or anything else — changes where anyone appears.

Nothing taken from the transaction

xplor never holds client funds and never deducts from a charter or sale payment. The introduction fee is invoiced separately, on completion, and only when xplor made the introduction.

No selling of enquiries

We never sell or auction an enquiry. It goes straight to the central agent or provider, and nobody pays to receive it.

No charges to clients

Searching, enquiring and being introduced to a broker cost a charter or sale client nothing.

From five paid products — xplor School courses, creations, Professional seats, vessel management and enhanced service listings — and from the introduction fee when a charter or sale that started on xplor completes: 2.5% on charters (waived for Professional seat holders) and 0.5% on sales. xplor is not a broker, holds no brokerage licence and is never party to the transaction. It makes the introduction and steps back.

That is the whole model. No access fees. No fees for search position. No selling of enquiries.
