xplor is one platform for yachting, with an AI agent, Bridge, at the front. Search 8,700+ yachts on discovery, find crew work on the jobs board and study for your tickets in xplor School. In Palma, Daywork books verified dayworkers for yard jobs.

Searching, browsing, applying to jobs and hosting your crew profile are free, and so is the first lesson of every School course. Bridge is free within a monthly allowance, and signed-out visitors get a few answers a day. Everything you can pay for is on the pricing page.

From things people choose to buy: School courses and passes, Creations, and seats for professionals, all on the pricing page. When a charter or sale that started on xplor completes, the professional pays an introduction fee under the Standing Introduction Agreement.

No. xplor holds no brokerage licence, doesn’t negotiate or set prices, and is never a party to a charter or sale (see the Terms). Enquiries are checked by xplor’s team and forwarded to the yacht’s listed contact, usually its central agent; xplor never sells or auctions them, and nothing paid changes where a yacht appears in search.

Ask the way you’d ask a colleague: charter and sale searches, what’s due on your yacht, crew jobs that match your profile, your certificates and which School course fits, receipts, menus and provisioning. Open Bridge and type.

Bridge answers from xplor’s data through its tools, and a figure about your records that doesn’t match that data is held back rather than shown. A listed rate is an indicative figure, never a quote, and Bridge never says a yacht is available: xplor holds no availability data. Treat a yacht for sale as a lead to check with the broker.

Browse discovery, filtering by charter or sale and by length, or ask Bridge in your own words. On a yacht’s page, “Plan a charter” starts a conversation with Bridge about that yacht.

You can find one: switch discovery to For Sale to browse 4,800+ yachts, or ask Bridge for a shortlist. “Request viewing” on a yacht’s page starts a purchase enquiry; the sale itself is handled by the broker.

Each yacht on discovery shows the rate listed for it, or “Price on request” when none is published, and where other brokers list the same yacht its page shows their listings with each one’s price. Every rate is an indicative listed figure, not a quote: the broker confirms it.

Open her page and choose “Request to manage this listing”. Say how you stand (owner, the owner’s representative, or central agent) and attach your proof: a Certificate of Registry or bill of sale if you own her, a letter of authority if you represent the owner, or a central agency agreement if you’re her central agent. If nobody manages the listing yet, xplor reviews your request; if someone does, they accept or decline it. A request gives no access until it’s accepted.

An enquiry sent from Bridge or a yacht’s page goes to xplor’s team, who review it and forward it to the yacht’s listed contact. The professional doesn’t receive the client’s contact details until they’ve accepted the Standing Introduction Agreement.

No. Nothing paid changes where a yacht appears: search ranks by how well a yacht matches what you asked, and complete listings (managed, with a price) rank higher. Enquiries go to the yacht’s listed contact, usually its central agent, and are never sold or auctioned (see pricing).

Yes. The jobs board lists roles from crew agencies alongside jobs posted directly on xplor. You apply for an agency role on the agency’s site, and for an xplor job with your xplor profile.

Your crew portfolio starts as a draft only you can see; publish it and anyone with the link can see it. When you apply for an xplor job, the employer gets a private link to your profile, even while it’s a draft, and you choose whether it includes your contact details and CV.

No. Browsing the jobs board, applying and job alerts are free, and job searches in Bridge never count against your allowance.

xplor School is preparatory study aligned to the published certificate syllabuses (MCA, USCG, AMSA, SAMSA, RMI, TM (Malta), DGMM (Spain), DGAMPA (France), MIT (Italy), YNANP (Greece) and MMPI (Croatia)) and the GUEST interior pathway: 4,571 lessons across 342 courses. It includes a COLREGs trainer and a mock oral examiner that questions you and grades a debrief.

The certificate files in Mission Control’s My career are private and never public. Vessels you join see each certificate’s name, status and expiry, not the file, and a published crew portfolio shows its certificates without their numbers.

You can delete your account in Account settings; if some of your records need checking first, we review the request and email you within 30 days. For a copy of your data, email privacy@xplor.io, as the Privacy Policy sets out.

Signed out, xplor doesn’t save what you search for. A signed-out Bridge conversation is kept for 7 days against a random visitor cookie, with your IP address stored only as a daily-salted hash, and moves into your account if you sign up; signed in, your Bridge conversations are saved to your account.
