An impressive 7 staterooms in total with the ability to arrange the Owner's stateroom and VIP into separate additional suite accommodations. King size Owner's stateroom on the upper deck with private pool deck forward; 5 staterooms (inclusive of the full beam VIP) on the main deck and 1 stateroom privately on the lower deck. The bridge deck is furthest deck above where the wellness center is positioned, complete with gym, sauna, massage and steam room. MAIN DECK: Aside from revealing 5 staterooms, this deck features a central foyer for guest service and access to the elevator. Queen Cabin 2 (portside) includes a single Twin bed, Queen Cabin 3 features a settee -both of these have jacuzzi bath and separate shower. Queen cabins 4 & 5 are alike with settee and ensuite shower. The furthest forward VIP suite encompasses full width, featuring a lounge with Murphy bed which can be enclosed with interior door allowing for two independent cabins each ensuite with shower and tub or a his and her open suite. All ensuite bathrooms include double sinks with the exception of the VIP suite if used separately. The primary guest areas on this level are the Cinema room aft of the elevator lobby - complete with professional quality AV technology, tiered seating and 3 seater bar and furthest aft, the main pool deck. Separating these two areas is an efficient aft interior saloon and exceptional service area including mini-galley. This wraps around to an indoor/ outdoor portside bar for guests lounging poolside. Plenty of shade and sunning areas for full dining and lounging or movies under the stars. The 6.4m x 3.6m pool is flush with the deck and the bottom can be raised to deck level. Further access to the swim platform from port or starboard cascading stairs brings guests to water level. OWNER'S DECK: The Owner's suite provides for exceptional privacy. An exquisite entryway presents as a small gallery of art dotting the walls leading up to a beautiful wooden etched sideboard service station. Once the oversized doors open, this leads first into the large office featuring a separate lounge with Queen convertible sofa and TV, ensuite with full bathroom and stunning blue mosaic tile shower. This can be privatized from the Owner’s suite and wardrobe or opened up as one oversized suite. Furthest forward in the Owner’s bedroom are two small seating areas to starboard and forward, split level from the central King size bed. Aft of this is a sizeable combined his and her bathroom with private toilet/bidet, 2 sinks, large stall shower and jacuzzi tub. Veering off the bathroom and bedroom is a passive entry into an enormously impressive dressing room which can host several ladies who enjoy getting ready together. A port side door provides access to the Owner’s pool deck; a cozy place for an intimate group at cocktail hour or personal early morning dip. The open deck forward of this can be used for themed evenings under the stars for dinner, dancing and alternative entertainment. The aft half of this deck showcases the most welcoming spaces for all to gather; versatile for entertaining at the bar, comfortable family time on sofas or a spectacular meal at the round table for up to 14 overlooking the aft veranda and skyline. BRIDGE DECK: A complete Wellness Center is positioned on the aft half section of this deck and encompasses every guests' desires with gym and full spa. The steam/ shower centrally positioned opens into a choice of sauna or hammam, while a private entry to the massage room is further forward. The exercise equipment is well spaced for several guests to work out without being crowded plus a cozy, secluded escape to the Jacuzzi deck furthest aft on this level will allure as reward for the gym efforts. LOWER DECK: While access to this deck is less frequent, it is a hidden gem for some. From the central staircase/ elevator lobby the side balcony opens. On calm days, this can be the perfect way to send off or welcome guests by tender. A small sitting area and walk-up bar cater well to this. Fresh air may make this a preferred massage center with the quiet lapping of the sea to provoke the meditative mood. Queen cabin 7 is positioned adjacent to this lobby and offers ample space for extra staff or older children who may desire more privacy. A large pull out sofa and ensuite tub/shower combo with single sink is featured. Smoking is not permitted.

Rate & Seasonal Details

Retail commission structure - Broker max retail commission 12% a) 15% commission: Companies with a charter central agency fleet of 15 or more yachts on Yachtfolio. b) 12% commission: MYBA corporate members OR subscribers to Yachtfolio OR with MYBA e-contract access OR CYBA members with no fleet or a smaller fleet. c) 10% commission: Any bona fide, practicing and independent yacht charter brokers who do not meet the criteria in a) and b) above. d) 8% commission: To any company or individual who does not meet the criteria in a), b) or c) above. *For any repeat charters, same Charterer and same yacht, booked through the same broker, commission will be allocated at the same rate as the original charter.
