Accommodation Details

MAORO sleeps 10 guests in 5 cabins: Master cabin on main deck: Bed size: 170 x 190 cm (Queen) This lovely sized full beam stateroom boats two seater sofa, a desk, a his and a hers dressing room which includes hanging height for dresses, and a hidden safe. Large windows let in natural light, but there are curtains with extra darkening blinds for morning sleepers. The open ensuite bathroom is down a couple of steps forward and has his and hers sinks, a large shower with pressure jets, a closed toilet and an offering of Occitane products. Two double guest cabins on the lower deck: Bed sizes: 150 x 200 (Double) These identical cabins are lovely and airy with the bed situated at an angle making them feel spacious and allowing an easy flow of two guests around the cabin. Both cabins boats big windows for natural light, coupled with curtains and darkening blinds. A walk in cupboard with hanging height for dresses and a full length mirror in offered on one side of the cabin and a further cupboard with shelves is offered on the other side of the cabin. A small desk sits neatly in the cabin and a safe is hidden in the cupboard. The ensuite bathrooms with one sink, a large shower with jets and offering a selection of Occitane products to guests. Two twin guest cabins on the lower deck, both convertible into doubles: Bed sizes: 2 x 85 x 190 These identical cabins are spacious and ideally designed for friends sharing, with a light and airy design. Both of these cabins can be converted into doubles should one need more double cabins. A small wardrobe with hanging space for dresses and a hidden safe. The bathrooms are ensuite with a sink, nice size shower with massage jets and toilets. A selection of Occitane products is offered to guests. Rate & Seasonal Details

High season, July and August: EUR 125.000 Low season, all other months: EUR 115.000 APA 35% VAT: France 20%, Italy 22% MAORO is not available for static charters. She is not available for day charters but will consider a minimum of 5 days high season and 3 days low season. OCEAN INDEPENDENCE COMMISSION STRUCTURE effective August 2024: a) 15% commission: Companies who can draft and submit the required MYBA, AYCA, IYBA or CYBA charter contract. b) 12% commission: Companies who are members of a recognised yacht charter industry professional association but who don’t comply with a) above. c) 10% commission: Any bona fide, practicing and independent yacht charter brokers who do not meet the criteria in a) and b) above. d) 5% commission: To any company or individual who does not meet the criteria in a), b) or c) above.
