CABINS: OWNERS CABIN - King bed with separate His & Hers heads and shared oversized shower. Features include a surround sound TV, a table for 2, an automated fold-out balcony with glass floor and ocean views, large L-shaped closet (hers), office with desk and printer, and full-height closets (his). LOWER GUEST - Below deck, she offers 4 beautifully appointed guest staterooms designed for comfort, privacy, and flexibility. 2 spacious VIP cabins feature queen-size beds, in-suite desks, and luxurious in-suite bathrooms with rainfall showers-ideal for extended stays or guests who may need a quiet workspace. The additional 2 guest staterooms are equipped with convertible beds that can be arranged as twins or a queen, adapting easily to different guest needs. Each cabin includes its own in-suite bathroom, high-end finishes, and thoughtful amenities to ensure every guest enjoys a relaxing, private retreat. INTEROR SPACES: BRIDGE DECK SKYLOUNGE - Triple glass sliders (port, starboard, aft) create a seamless indoor/outdoor space. Includes an 80" surround sound TV, table with 4 swivel chairs for panoramic views, reclining leather seating for 5, walk-up bar with sparkling/still water, liquor storage, day head, and cappuccino pantry. Direct access to the sundeck—ideal when wet from swimming. MAIN DECK - The main deck features a flexible dining area with galley access to port and a marble table for 10 that converts into a breakfast buffet or cocktail bar. It includes an ice maker, fridge, sink, and a selection of liquors and mixers, with quick access to the galley and coffee station. A hidden 55" TV behind a walnut bulkhead makes it ideal for entertainment. The midship salon offers glassware displays port and starboard, sofa seating for 8 plus 2 occasional chairs, and a concealed 65" surround sound TV. A 129" sliding glass door and 12'+ aft sliders open to ocean breezes. CUSTOM BEACH CLUB - 17’ X 20’ Indoor/outdoor space with leather seating, 85" surround sound TV, day head, and a bar with liquor, ice maker, and fridge. A 20' port side window hydraulically opens upward, allowing seating at the water's edge and fresh air flow through to the aft sliding doors. Features a full-length hidden storage wall for water toys. Ideal for anchoring or dockside use. EXTERIOR SPACES: SUNDECK - The forward sundeck features a hot tub for 6–7 guests, with individual cup holders and a custom sunbathing cover for 4 when not in use. Surround seating accommodates up to 8, plus 4 flip-up forward-facing seats offer stunning 180° ocean views. A slide-out Yeti cooler provides easy access to cold drinks. To port, a long fixed bar with 4 stools and standing room faces a 65” surround sound TV. Additional amenities include 4 swivel lounge chairs (2 fore, 2 aft), built-in dining for 8–10 with 2 hi-lo tables that convert from cocktail to full dining height, and multiple charging outlets (4 at the bar, 8 at dining). To starboard, a custom fold-out BBQ center triples prep space with built-in drawers for utensils and supplies. Aft, 4 sun pads with cocktail tables invite relaxation. The space is powered by a 10-speaker sound system with Crestron remote or phone connectivity for music. BRIDGE DECK - Aft includes loose seating for 8-10, plus a Custom DJ AV system to transform the area into a dance floor. Staircase aft with access to exterior aft deck. Exterior port door leads to the bow with an oversized pool / hot tub for 8-10 with port and starboard sun-pads for 4-6 plus seating for 8 under cover with 2 transformer tables, Hi - Lo for cocktails or transformed to one table at dining table height for 8-10 plus awning, as requested over swim pool / hot tub area. AFT DECK - On the port aft corner there is full service bar with ice maker, water, sink, to service the aft deck socializing which includes an overhead teak ceiling and seating for 10 - excess space abounds with aft swivel chairs facing 180° ocean views.
