Accommodation Details

MY LOTTY, formerly known as Serena, is a 27m / 90” luxury yacht. She was built in Italy by the Benetti sailing division shipyard in 1983. The exteriors and interiors, designed by the Benetti designers themselves, are the perfect combination of comfort and harmony with the sea. This splendid classic vessel, with a maximum beam of 6.2m and a draft of 3.5m, is powered by two 250hp MAN engines which give a maximum speed of 10 knots. Her sailing performance is given by her ketch navigation system, equipped with 2 masts and a sail area of over 300 square meters. Her exterior, typical of the wonderful 80s, is a perfect place of comfort where you can rest and enjoy the sea. Boarding takes place from a comfortable walkway located at the extreme stern where you are immediately greeted by the crew and a refreshing welcome cocktail served at the comfortable table located at the extreme stern, the perfect place to read or simply enjoy the navigation. The main cockpit is located immediately after the welcome area, it can accommodate up to ten guests. The entire stern area is covered by a large awning, so as to have a ventilated but not hot environment. The superstructure is located in the center of the boat, its aft part houses the external control area while the forward part houses a large sundeck, also equipped with an awning if necessary. In the latter environment, friends and family will be able to enjoy sailing or at anchor while always having a nice sea breeze. Forward, via the sundeck and main mast, there is an area with sun beds and a technical part with windlass and furler. The cockpit area is ideal for lunch or an aperitif with friends and family. Create the perfect atmosphere to feel relaxed and on vacation. From the cockpit, through the sliding door, you enter the large space on two levels, the first consisting of an internal wheelhouse, chart table and a comfortable sofa, the second consisting of 2 large L-shaped sofas and an extendable table which can accommodate up to to 10 people. This environment is characterized by a beautiful vintage parquet and all the elegance of the cherry walls. It is also equipped with a 43 ”smart TV equipped with an internet connection, therefore usable with all new platforms such as Netflix and prime video. The environment is also equipped with 13 large windows and 4 skylights, so as to make everything very bright. From the dinette there are two staircases, one aft and one forward. Proceeding towards the stern, first by the stairs and then by a corridor characterized by a soft white carpet, we first find the guest cabins and finally the owner’s cabin. All the cabins are carpeted. On the sides we find the two guest cabins: on the right a cabin with a French bed; to port a cabin with two single beds. Both cabins have a private bathroom: shower, toilet and bidet (the latter only in the port cabin). At the far end of the corridor, at the stern, is the wonderful owner’s cabin, equipped with two wardrobes and a queen size bed accessible from three sides. It also has a sofa that can be used as a single bed if necessary and a bench on the opposite side. The cabin is equipped with two private bathrooms with a spacious shower, toilet and bidet. If necessary, this cabin can be split into two cabins, keeping the double bed on the starboard side and adding a bed above the sofa, transforming it into a cabin with 2 bunk beds. Each cabin will have a private bathroom. Instead, proceeding towards the bow we find the last guest cabin, still with two single beds and private bathroom. The bow is dedicated to the crew, made up of the Captain, Chef, Hostess and Second. A carefully selected expert crew ready to satisfy every need of its guests. The yacht can comfortably accommodate up to 10 people in 4/5 cabins with private bathroom. We need bookings in good advance, to have the time necessary to transform the rear cabin. Not possible to have 5 cabins in case of last minute reservations. The normal layout shows 4 cabins, with a large master cabin at rear with 2 bathrooms (his & hers)

Cruising Information

Homeport Palermo, SICILY until mid June 2025. 2025 booking schedule: some repeat clients have already asked to cruise in Adriatic and Ionian Sea. Therefore it is possible to consider charters in Croatia or Ionian Greece. For Greece it is necessary to embark/disembark in Sarande (Albany): clients can fly to/from Corfou and easily reach Sarande with fast ferries (20 minutes from Corfou to Sarande and viceversa). Feel free to contact the Central office to get further information. A contribution for the empty run to Ionian Sea will be split among the Charterers.

Rate & Seasonal Details

Rates are very attracting, considering the high standard of interiors, service and full optionals. 35% APA will be calculated on the original advertised rate (not on any discounted rate or special offer) Depending from the chosen route and cruising area the 35% APA could not be sufficient, considering the recent prices increase. DAY CHARTERS, not possible in High Season (unless there is a "window" between 2 bookings, Euro 7.000/day+VAT). DAY CHARTERS rates: April, May, June, September & Special events: Euro 6.000 + VAT DAY CHARTERS rate to be applied also for short bookings (3 days). For 4/5 days please divide the weekly rate/6 Winter 2025/2026: Please contact the Central Broker. She will spend part of the winter period in Malta to complete the renewal started in 2024 by the new Owner. In Spring/Easter period she can be available in Malta or Sicily, please check contacting the Central Broker. Broker commissions will be earned on a reciprocal basis. Broker commissions will be calculated on the charter amount, net of taxes.
