ALLURIA offers luxurious accommodation for up to 10 guests across 5 beautifully appointed suites. The layout includes a full-beam master suite located on the main deck, two VIP cabins, one convertible cabin that can be configured as a double or twin, and one dedicated twin cabin. ░░░░░░░░░░░░░🌙 MASTER SUITE ░░░░░░░░░░░░░ ►► Master Suite on the Upper Deck (Forward) • Accessed via a private study offering panoramic sea views. • A full-beam suite appointed with a king-size bed, armchair, coffee table, two-seater sofa, desk/vanity with stool, and twin bedside tables with lamps. • En suite bathroom comprising his facilities to starboard (washbasin and separate WC) and hers to port (washbasin and separate WC), both opening onto a spacious central shower. ░░░░░░░░░░░░░🌙 GUESTS' STATEROOMS ░░░░░░░░░░░░░ ►► 4 guests' staterooms on the lower deck • VIP Stateroom (Port Aft) – Queen-size bed with en suite bathroom. • VIP Stateroom (Starboard Aft) – Queen-size bed with en suite bathroom. • Convertible Stateroom (Port Forward) – Configurable with either a queen-size bed or two twin beds, complete with en suite bathroom. • Twin Stateroom (Starboard Forward) – Two twin beds with en suite bathroom.

►► SUMMER 2025 🌊Mediterranean⛱️ • Based in Monaco • July & August: fully booked • Available from 20th September to 1st November 2025 ►► WINTER 2025/2026 ☀️Caribbean🌴 • Based in Sint Maarten • Available from 18th December 2025 to 25th April 2026 ►► SUMMER 2026 🌊Mediterranean⛱️ • The owner is ready to accept bookings for July (not for August) • The August calendar is expected to open in December 2025 or January 2026 • Please keep in mind that ALLURIA is registered under the YET scheme and she's not VAT paid (principal cannot be a EU resident)

Rate & Seasonal Details

►► WINTER 2025/26 RATES • $220,000 per high season week in the Caribbean (from 15th December 2025 to 12th January 2026 included) • $190,000 per low season week in the Caribbean (remainder of the Caribbean season) • A 10-day minimum charter is required over the Christmas and New Year period. • A $5,000 security deposit required for all charters (we reserve the right to increase this amount for large-scale events) ►► SUMMER 2026 RATES • €175,000 per high season week in the Mediterranean (July, August, MIPIM, Cannes Film Festival, Monaco Grand Prix, Cannes Lions Festival, TFWA, MIPCOM) • €160,000 per low season week in the Mediterranean (remainder of the Mediterranean season) • A €5,000 security deposit required for all charters (we reserve the right to increase this amount for large-scale events) ►► TERMS • For 5 days and less, please divide the weekly rate by 6 ►► COMMISSION STRUCTURE • The rates include a 15% commission for MYBA corporate members, CYBA active members and AYCA members or a 10% commission for all other brokers
