About this yacht
Franco and Anna Della Role's exterior design for this 32.92-meter Sanlorenzo transforms the conventional flybridge silhouette through carefully sculpted proportions that emphasize horizontal lines over vertical mass. Their approach creates an unexpectedly graceful profile for a yacht of 207 gross tons, with the superstructure appearing to float above the hull rather than simply stacking atop it. Sandro Chiavetta and Susan Kerns collaborated on interiors that accommodate eight guests across carefully planned social zones. The 2007 build showcases Sanlorenzo's attention to spatial flow, with public areas that transition naturally between formal dining and relaxed lounging without the compartmentalized feel common to yachts of this era. The 7.38-meter beam provides generous width for entertaining while maintaining the sleek exterior lines the Della Role team envisioned. Five crew members operate BAD ROMANCE IV with the precision that Sanlorenzo's engineering enables. The yacht represents a thoughtful balance between intimate scale and serious cruising capability, offering the kind of unhurried luxury that comes from well-considered design rather than sheer size. Every element serves the larger vision of a yacht that moves through water with purpose while creating spaces that feel both substantial and refined.
