This 2021 Pershing creation transforms the traditional concept of a beach club into something far more ambitious—a multi-level aquatic playground that extends the yacht's living space directly into the water. At sea level, the beach club opens completely to the ocean through hydraulic platforms that create an expansive swimming and diving area. Teak decking flows uninterrupted from the interior to these fold-down sections, creating additional square footage that effectively doubles the usable space when at anchor. The positioning allows guests to transition effortlessly between lounging on deck furniture and slipping directly into crystal-clear waters, while built-in storage keeps water toys and diving equipment within arm's reach. Above this aquatic hub, De Simoni has crafted interior spaces that maintain visual connection to the water through floor-to-ceiling windows and strategically placed glass panels.
