About this yacht
John Lindblom's exterior design for this Horizon motor yacht centers on an expansive sun deck that transforms the entire upper level into a Mediterranean-style terrace. At 24.38 meters, MALARPRINSESSAN dedicates nearly her full beam of 5.73 meters to this elevated outdoor sanctuary, where guests find themselves suspended above the waterline with unobstructed horizon views in every direction. Erik Andersson's interior architecture below creates intimate spaces that counterbalance the deck's openness above. The Swedish designer carved out accommodations for six guests while maintaining generous social areas that flow naturally toward the exterior spaces. Large windows and thoughtfully positioned openings ensure the interior remains connected to the surrounding seascape, while a crew of three operates discreetly from dedicated service areas. Horizon delivered this 2000-built yacht with cruising capabilities that prioritize comfort over speed, allowing extended exploration of coastlines and archipelagos. The builder's focus on livability shows in practical details throughout, from storage solutions integrated into guest areas to the logical placement of deck furniture and shade structures. MALARPRINSESSAN represents the kind of thoughtful motor yacht design that prioritizes the experience of being on the water over making a statement in port.
