This 46.7-meter Heesen creation from 2012 prioritizes the connection between guests and sea, with fold-down platforms and swim areas that blur the boundaries of indoor luxury and oceanfront recreation. Omega Architects' exterior lines complement this water-focused approach, creating seamless transitions from the beach club's teak decking to the yacht's superstructure.
