Marina di Carrara group (Admiral, Tecnomar, Perini Navi, Picchiotti) that grew quickly after its 2021 listing, with large covered docks for both new build and NCA Refit work. In February 2026 it disclosed large cost overruns it blamed on executives' conduct; it has been under insolvency protection since April 2026, and its yards and brands are for sale. Eleven non-binding offers came in by 15 September 2026 and binding offers are due on 15 October 2026.
