Austal Cairns Service Centre
Cairns repair yard, formerly BSE Cairns Slipways, now part of Austal. It runs a 1,120 t mobile boat hoist, commissioned in 2019 and among the largest anywhere, plus a 1,200 t rail slipway, so it can lift yachts in the 50–60 m range next to the Cairns superyacht marinas. Most of its workload is patrol-boat and commercial maintenance.
