Family shipbuilder that started in Shanghai, moved to Hong Kong in 1936 and has built at its Hin Lee yard in Doumen, Zhuhai since the relocation to mainland China. It builds steel, aluminium and GRP vessels, splitting output between explorer-style superyachts and commercial craft such as tugs and ferries, with the CL Yachts brand covering smaller series yachts.
