Derecktor Shipyards
Derecktor is a family-owned US yard that started building in Mamaroneck in 1947 and now does most of its yacht work as refit in Florida, at Dania Beach and the newer Fort Pierce site. Fort Pierce runs a 1,500 US ton Cimolai mobile hoist, which hauled the 73m Coral Ocean in 2022. The Connecticut yard went bankrupt earlier and is no longer part of the group.
