Gold Coast City Marina & Shipyard
Large marina and refit precinct on the Coomera River that has run since 2000. It hauls yachts up to about 55 m on a 300 t hoist and has in-water berths to 75 m. Most trades are independent tenant firms, and the yard provides the lifting, hardstand, sheds and project coordination. A larger lifting yard (Titan Yard) next door is planned.
