Hong Kong-headquartered builder founded by Roger Liang, with a Pearl River Delta yard building steel and aluminium explorer-style yachts to Lloyd's Register and MCA standards. In late 2025 it announced a return to yacht construction, with a 45 m explorer in build and new Barracuda-designed models aimed at Europe.
