Lloyd Werft Bremerhaven
Lloyd Werft is a Bremerhaven repair and conversion yard that has also built large yachts, including the 139m Solaris. It went insolvent in January 2022 under Genting Hong Kong and was bought by the Rönner and Zech groups in March 2022; Lürssen took a 25% stake in 2023. The yard remains active in 2026 with ship refits and a 155m Maybach Ocean Club yacht project due in 2030.
