MB92 Barcelona
Barcelona refit yard dedicated to large yachts, part of MB92 Group alongside MB92 La Ciotat, Compositeworks and, since 2025, Pinmar (via the GYG acquisition). Squircle Capital has owned it since 2019 and moved to 100% in March 2026. Its 4,800 t shiplift (2019) and a 220 m Panamax dry dock let it take both mid-size and very large yachts.
