French sister yard to MB92 Barcelona, working out of the large former commercial shipyard at La Ciotat. Its 4,300 t shiplift, completed in 2022, was the first in France, and it also has a 200 m x 60 m graving dock and a 2,000 t Syncrolift. Owned by Squircle Capital through MB92 Group.
