Historic Miami River shipyard owned by Rahmi Koç since 2013 and rebuilt around a 2,700-tonne Pearlson shiplift installed in 2019. The North Yard is set up for superyachts up to roughly 73 m, while the South Yard handles smaller yachts on a 100-tonne travel lift and two covered slips.
