Perini Navi
Fabio Perini's Viareggio yard, known for large automated-rig ketches, went bankrupt in January 2021 and was bought by The Italian Sea Group in December 2021. Under TISG it finished the 60 m ketch series and started a motor-yacht line built at La Spezia. The August 2024 sinking of the 56 m Bayesian hurt the brand, which is now one of the assets offered in TISG's 2026 insolvency sale.
