Builder of fast, lightweight aluminium motor yachts designed with Espen Øino, known for its 73–85 m Silver series. Founded in Western Australia by Guido Krass, it has been majority-owned by aluminium group China Zhongwang since 2017; the second 85 m yacht had its hull built in China and was outfitted at Henderson. Recent work is the 36 m SilverCat catamaran series, built in Guangdong.
