Ownership has been unstable: Wanda sold in 2024, a planned KCP takeover collapsed in 2026, and lenders Cross Ocean Partners and Cheyne Capital took control in July 2026 after a Teneo-supervised restructuring, with a new CEO (Scott Millar).
