Family-founded Waalwijk builder that moved from series aluminium cruisers into custom 25–45 m motor yachts on proven hull platforms, often with outside designers. Wim van der Valk retired in 2024 and a family of repeat owners took the main shareholding; Evan Kortmann, formerly of Balk Shipyard, became CEO in July 2026.
