Small commercial vessels in the UK are regulated by **Codes of Practice**. From **12 December 2025** the **Sport or Pleasure Vessel Code** replaced the Yellow, Blue and Red Codes; the **Workboat Code Edition 3** has covered workboats since **13 December 2023**.
