What you wear
- Safety footwear, always.
- Keep your torso covered (T-shirt, shirt or polo) against the sun. Dress for the weather and take care in the heat.
- Collective protection first (guard rails, barriers, nets), then the personal protective equipment (PPE) your task needs.

Height and special-risk work
- No access to anywhere 2 m or higher without collective protection or the right PPE.
- Work with a risk of fire or explosion, electrical work, work at height and work in confined spaces needs the legal procedures, trained people and STP's permission first.
Equipment and chemicals
- Equipment must carry CE marking or a certificate of compliance.
- Keep the safety data sheet for every chemical you use, and follow it.
Electricity
- Never connect or handle electrical equipment without insulating, rubber-soled footwear, with wet hands, or in damp places.
- Cables must not touch the water. Keep them raised, protected from being stepped on, and away from hot or moving parts.
- Report faults to STP. Never repair STP's installations yourself.
Before you go
- No hot work (welding, grinding) and no smoking at the fuel station.
- Switch off generators, extractors and compressors at the end of the day.
- Report any accident to STP's health and safety department (prl@stp-palma.com) and to ADSUM.
